“In our journey towards higher consciousness, we find there are many tools available to us that greatly help in turning 'stumbling blocks' to stepping stones’.” – Edgar Cayce*
Regression Hypnosis is a “stepping stone” that can help you remove stumbling blocks from your life and set you on a new, better path—one that offers you more life balance and that accurately reflects the beautiful, powerful and worthy being that you are.
Deep within you is a vast reservoir of wisdom and knowledge that you barely tap into as you live your busy life. Through Integrated Imagery Regression Hypnosis (IIRH), you can gain access to your higher wisdom, which in turn opens the door to insights about who you are and how you got to where you are today, as well as a greater understanding of your life issues and your soul’s purpose.
IIRH is a highly advanced form of guided spiritual hypnotic regression that enables you—the ‘Traveler’—to enter a completely natural altered state of consciousness, which gives you direct access to your subconscious soul information from past lives and life between lives.
When we experience physical, mental or emotional pain, it is often the result of events in prior lives. The hold that this ‘unfinished business’ has on us can keep us stuck in life patterns that limit our ability to be at peace with ourselves and/or to fulfill our life purpose.
IIRH enables the Traveler to focus especially on the end-of-life experience in past lives, because the way we die in a past life to a great extent dictates the karmic patterns that we carry forward into this life.
Through the guided IIRH process, you can enliven positive life themes and reframe and de-energize negative patterns, while at the same time awaken insights regarding your relationships, good and bad life themes and patterns, and your unique soul purpose.

How does IIRH differ from other types of hypnosis?
Integrated Imagery Regression Hypnosis is a unique form of regression hypnosis that uses a positive approach and is focused on purposeful living and creativity.
IIRH combines standard principles of regression hypnosis with Eriksonian hypnotherapy, Gestalt therapy, and Carl Jung’s concept of the collective unconscious and the archetypal roots that invariably underlie our life issues and the positive and negative dynamics within all individuals. From a spiritual or transpersonal perspective, IIHR also draws on the metaphysical philosophy of Eastern religions, Western mystical traditions and Esoteric spiritual philosophies such as the psychic readings of Edgar Cayce*.
IIRH differs from techniques such as reverie or guided imagery in that it takes the Traveler back along a time continuum called the “Energetic Chain of Experience” (ECE). This continuum corresponds to the Akashic Record, also called the Book of Life, as it consists of the soul’s record of experiences or stream of consciousness throughout its continuous journey in life, death, re-birth and the periods in between the life experiences that harbor the roots of the positive and negative karmic patterns and themes that affect present life behaviors and feelings.

* Who was Edgar Cayce?

Edgar Cayce (pronounced Kay-Cee, 1877-1945) is famously known as the "sleeping prophet," the "father of holistic medicine," and the most-documented psychic of the 20th century. He was born on a farm in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, and his psychic abilities began to appear as early as childhood.
Cayce came to national attention in the early part of the 20th century as a result of his psychic readings that dealt with a vast array of subject matter, including: health-related information; philosophy and reincarnation; dreams and dream interpretation; extra-sensory perception (ESP) and psychic phenomena; and spiritual growth, meditation and prayer.
During more than 40 years of his adult life, Cayce gave a total of 14,306 such "readings" to thousands of seekers while in an unconscious state, diagnosing illnesses and revealing lives lived in the past and prophecies yet to come. In a state of self-induced deep relaxation and trance, Cayce was able to place his mind in contact with all time and space — the universal consciousness, also known as the super-conscious mind. With only the name of the individual, who was typically hundreds of miles away, Cayce was able to give holistic medical advice to relieve the seeker’s symptoms. In 1923, Cayce agreed to do a reading for a businessman who asked specific questions regarding his past-life history. This was the first of more than 1,900 “life readings” that indicated the karmic past-life roots for ailments and challenges and started to address the idea of soul purpose.
The Cayce readings validate the idea that we carry into this life positive and negative karmic patterns, as well as a unique sense of soul purpose, and that we decide which of these patterns to bring into this life before conception. The eternal part of each of us is the spirit that, according to the Edgar Cayce readings, keeps a record of the soul’s experiences in what is termed the Akashic Record, or Book of Life. Each spirit has been given free will, and has chosen its own path to fulfillment of purpose.
Cayce was guided to leave Kentucky in 1925 for the seaside resort of Virginia Beach. Once there, he formed an organization to house his readings and undertake research with an adjacent hospital to administer the recommended remedies. Then in 1930, he founded the Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) and Atlantic University to provide the general public the opportunity to study the spiritual philosophy that was the foundation of the readings.
Today, the A.R.E.’s mission is to create opportunities for profound personal change in body, mind, and spirit through the wisdom found in the Edgar Cayce material; and Atlantic University is an accredited institution focused on the integration of body, mind, and spirit as an important means of personal transformation and achieving higher human potential.
